Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in product development or related role; beauty/consumer product experience considered a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills: proactive, clear, and reliable.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Project Managers by gathering client requirements, organizing briefs, and preparing internal kickoff docs.
• Coordinate with domestic and international vendors on sourcing components, RFQs, and tracking samples.
