Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC client seeks an Account Coordinator for Contract Packaging in Inland Empire, CA. This on-site role supports the sales team, owning orders from PO to shipment and coordinating with production, warehouse, and shipping to meet delivery dates.

Experience in contract manufacturing or packaging environments.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive written and verbal communication with teams.

Responsibilities

Own customer orders end to end: entry, confirmation, tracking, and expediting.
Serve as liaison between brand customers and the plant to protect delivery dates.
Communicate proactively when schedules change to keep customers informed.
Coordinate daily shipments with the warehouse and carriers.
Prepare customer reports including open orders and inventory status.
Support sales with order entry, follow-ups, and sample coordination.
Attend customer visits with sales leadership and trade shows as needed.
