Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking an Account Coordinator for a fast-paced personal care/cosmetics contract manufacturing environment in Inland Empire, CA. This on-site role handles orders end-to-end, coordinates with production, warehousing, and shipping to meet delivery dates.

Expect high SKU counts, strong Excel use, and ERP system interaction. The position emphasizes proactive communication, daily shipment coordination, and collaboration with sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in contract manufacturing/packaging or private label.
• Experience managing high SKU and order volumes, in personal care or similar.
• Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience with production and planning teams on delivery dates.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP/JDE/Oracle).
• Clear, proactive written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or related associate with 2+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Own orders end to end: entry, confirmation, tracking, and expediting.
• Coordinate daily shipments with the warehouse and carriers.
• Prepare customer reports (open orders, status, inventory).
• Support sales with order entry, follow-ups, and sample coordination.
• Join customer visits with sales leadership and attend trade shows as needed.
• Loster liaison between brand customers and production to protect delivery dates.
