Job summary

Ignite Human Capital LLC is seeking an Account Coordinator for an on-site role in Ontario, CA. You will be the customer’s day-to-day contact, ensuring orders progress smoothly and liaising with sales, production, and warehouse to meet delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with 2 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, account coordination, or order management.
• Experience in OEM, private label, or contract manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working against shifting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• A problem-solver who can own accounts independently while partnering with sales.

Responsibilities

• Track and expedite every stage of orders for assigned customer accounts
• Coordinate daily shipments and make sure they go out as scheduled
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and production facilities
• Monitor customer materials and production runs to protect delivery dates
• Prepare customer reporting, including status and inventory reports
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email and drive issues to resolution
• Support the sales team with order entry, follow-ups, and sample coordination
• Join the Sales Director on customer visits and attend tradeshows as needed
