Qualifications

• 2–5+ years packaging engineering experience in cosmetics/CPG.
• Knowledge of cosmetic packaging materials and function.
• Experience with packaging testing methods.
• CAD proficiency with SolidWorks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop primary and secondary packaging components for cosmetics.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing to translate brand requirements into packaging.
• Lead packaging feasibility assessments and timelines from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct and oversee packaging testing including compatibility and stability.
• Support onboarding of new packaging materials, components, and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving, sustainability, and performance improvements.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory, sustainability, and quality standards.
