Dermalogica, the world's leading professional skincare company, seeks a Senior Packaging Engineer to drive packaging development and sustainability. Based at our Carson, CA headquarters with hybrid in-office guidelines, you will partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering and 5–10 years of packaging experience, with expertise in extrusion blow molding, injection molding, and decoration techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Packaging Engineering, preferably in CPG/skin care.
• Deep understanding of packaging materials and project management.
• Knowledge of extrusion blow molding, injection molding, dispensing systems, decoration techniques, and secondary packaging.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative design and materials for primary and secondary packaging.
• Maintain timelines, tasks, and costs for on-time launches.
• Manage specification development, BOM creation, and documentation.
• Define specifications and design criteria for optimized production flow.
• Compile samples, quotes, and specs for internal testing.
• Lead sustainability efforts on packaging materials.
