SKIMS Beauty is seeking a Packaging Designer to create innovative, elevated packaging across our beauty portfolio. You will translate brand vision into manufacturable, compliant solutions and collaborate with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, and Operations.

This role emphasizes packaging design, dielines, and artwork, with a focus on sustainability and scalable systems. You will partner with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely launches, contributing to SKIMS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging design experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or luxury goods.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, structural thinking, and brand expression.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D, Blender, Artios CAD or a similar 3D mock up tool.
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production workflows.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design primary and secondary packaging across all beauty categories.
• Translate brand strategy and product briefs into distinctive, functional packaging concepts.
• Develop dielines, structures, and artwork in collaboration with engineering and suppliers.
• Ensure packaging reflects SKIMS Beauty’s visual identity and premium positioning.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations for compliance and scalability.
• Prepare production-ready files, specs, and documentation.
• Review proofs, samples, and pre-production runs for quality.
• Partner with packaging suppliers on feasibility, cost, and timelines.
• Support sustainable packaging initiatives and material innovation.
