Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and commercialization of primary and secondary packaging from concept to launch.
• Drive innovation in materials, sustainability, and functionality while preserving brand aesthetics.
• Own packaging timelines and milestones across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Source, evaluate, and manage packaging suppliers globally; negotiate costs and lead times.
• Ensure testing, qualification, and regulatory compliance for packaging components.
