Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Castle Rock, Parker, Lone Tree and Elizabeth, CO. You will ensure products are stocked, displayed, and aligned with planograms while supporting store resets.

You will work up to 30–40 hours weekly, with service hours from 6 AM to 5 PM and potential transition to full-time after 60 days if performance meets 30 hours per week. Mileage reimbursement and paid drive time are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory according to store guidelines using a company tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes per call frequencies and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and resets for displays per provided instructions.
• Maintain communication with store staff and manage displays and stock levels.
• Verify shipments and maintain stock levels across assigned stores.
