L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to stock and display cosmetics and related items at assigned stores across the West, Central, and East regions, including Castle Rock, CO. This part-time to full-time role focuses on store resets, setting shelves, applying planograms, and ensuring displays meet company and retailer standards.

Hours are 6 AM–5 PM; pay is $21.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement and opportunities to advance after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and Repsly software.
• Service store routes according to assigned call frequencies.
• Complete task forms, take photos, and maintain stock levels.
• Implement planograms and resets to meet instructions.
• Install/adjust shelving and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns following reclamation guidelines.
• Stay informed on promotions and invoicing policies.
• Communicate professionally with store staff.
• Conduct store surveys and audits with photos.
• Service additional stores as needed.
