Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth retail operations and delivering inspirational, personalized service to customers in a prestige beauty environment.

This role includes cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and coaching the sales team to meet sales and customer service targets while maintaining the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervising/coaching others to meet sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
