You will coach the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized service and ensure accurate cash handling during opening and closing on a rotating schedule.

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store preferred.
• Supervisory/coaching experience to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
