Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores in the West/Oregon region, including Beaverton and surrounding cities. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and supporting store resets with planograms.

Hours can reach up to 40 per week with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K. Opportunities to transition to full-time after meeting weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for required inventory per store guidelines using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes and work with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and resets to match provided instructions.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to align with planograms.
• Maintain communication with store staff during visits.
• Perform store surveys and photography for issues.
