L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to staff retail locations and support store resets in the West, Central, and East regions. The role emphasizes merchandising, inventory and planogram execution to ensure compliant displays.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.
• Ability to conduct physical work, frequently lifting up to 50lbs.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for required inventory using a tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per assigned call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit processes, merchandising delivery, and photos for stock checks.
• Implement planograms and schematics to reset cosmetic displays per instructions.
• Ensure resets meet company standards and project timelines.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planograms.
