Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is hiring a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across multiple regions.

The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products, implementing new planograms, and supporting store resets to meet retailer standards. Responsibilities include using a tablet for orders, visiting stores on a set route, and maintaining stock levels, with opportunities to transition to full-time after meeting weekly hours requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a company tablet and scanner with Repsly.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit process, merchandise delivery, fill forms, take photos, and maintain stock.
• Implement planograms for cosmetic displays and fixtures per instructions.
• Complete resets on time to L&R standards and timelines.
• Install shelving and fixtures to match planograms.
• Process returns per guidelines and maintain invoicing knowledge.
• Communicate with store staff and management during visits.
• Verify shipments and coordinate with store personnel.
