Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across Beaverton and surrounding Oregon regions. The role focuses on stocking, organizing, and displaying products, and supporting store resets with planograms, shelving, and compliant displays.

You will work up to 40 hours weekly, with promotion opportunities to full-time after 60 days. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401K; mileage reimbursement and paid drive time are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets, planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to safely use a ladder or step stool to access higher fixtures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a company tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with District Manager.
• Follow store visit processes, complete forms, take photos, and maintain stock.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays according to instructions.
• Ensure resets meet L&R standards and timelines.
• Install shelves, hooks, and fixtures as needed per planograms.
• Process customer returns per guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
• Communicate effectively with Store Management and Associates.
• Clean and organize display cases and shelves.
• Conduct store surveys and audits when requested.
