Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retailers across the West/Central/East regions. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products, supporting store resets, and ensuring compliance with planograms.

Work is part-time to full-time with routes across Escondido, CA, San Marcos, CA, and Carlsbad, CA. Hours up to 24 per week; pay is $21.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement and potential full-time transition after 60 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with store resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail inventory knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a company tablet and scanner (Repsly).
• Service store routes per call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Execute store resets and implement planograms and schematics as directed.
• Install/adjust shelving and fixtures to match planograms.
• Process returns per policy and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain professional communication with store staff at each visit.
