Anastasia Beverly Hills in Phoenix is seeking a Retail Sales Support who brings passion for people, service and beauty artistry. You will recruit, consult and build sales while adhering to retailer guidelines, and you’ll run events and trainings at store level to elevate the brand.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience, strong communication, and a drive to achieve goals. 30 hours/week, Wed–Sun, base pay $22–$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience.
• Driven to achieve results.
• Inspire, coach and develop others to promotion.
• Observe strategic opportunities and report opportunities to SEE.
• Track sales and KPI achieved during shifts.
• Available Wed–Sun, 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness.
• Build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Implement SEE focus strategy to drive in-store results.
• Complete administrative tasks by due dates (timesheets, gondola photos).
• Uphold ABH dress code and reflect current artistry trends.
• Schedule adherence and on-time readiness to work on stage.
• Liaise between brand and store partnership to support initiatives.
