You will train store teams, deliver best-in-class education, and foster collaborative relationships to elevate brand awareness. Availability Wednesday through Sunday, 30 hours weekly, with a base hourly salary of $27–$28 in the selected city.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift in store.
• Deliver Best-in-class education to Store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Apply SEE focus strategy to drive in-store results aligned with corporate objectives.
• Complete all administrative tasks by due date (timesheets, gondola photos).
• Uphold ABH dress code while evolving artistry looks.
• Manage advance schedules, ensure on time readiness for shifts.
• Act as liaison between brand and store partnership to support initiatives.
