You will deliver best-in-class education to store teams, drive sales, and build collaborative relationships with retailers. You’ll align with SEE focus and ABH standards while managing schedules and reporting.

• 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift in-store.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Implement SEE focus strategy to drive results in store aligned with corporate objectives.
• Complete administrative assignments by due date (timesheets Mondays 12pm PST, gondola photos during shift).
• Uphold ABH dress code guidelines, while evolving artistry looks to reflect current trends.
• Manage schedule in advance, be on time and ready to work on stage.
• Liaise between brand and store partnership to support initiatives.
