Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift in store.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Implement SEE focus strategy to drive results in store aligned with corporate objectives.
• Complete all administrative assignments by due date (timesheets, gondola photos, etc.).
• Uphold ABH Dress code guidelines and evolve artistry to reflect current trends.
• Manage schedule in advance and be on time for shifts.
• Liaise between brand and store partnership to support initiatives.
