Job summary

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Retail Sales Support who brings passion for people and service, with cosmetic retail, artistry, and education experience to educate store teams and drive sales in partnership with our retailers.

You will execute in-store events and trainings, report metrics on time, and build collaborative relationships while upholding ABH dress code and SEE focus strategies to achieve brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cosmetic retail experience.
• Driven to achieve results.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach and develop others to promotion.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Available to work Wednesday–Sunday, 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Execute SEE focus strategy to drive results in store that are in line with corporate objectives.
• Complete administrative assignments by due dates (timesheets, gondola photos).
• Uphold ABH dress code and evolving artistry looks.
• Manage schedules and ensure punctuality for shifts.
• Liaise between brand and store partnerships to support initiatives.
