Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a Retail Sales Support to drive in-store education, sales, and brand collaboration. The role emphasizes artistry, client service, and entrepreneurial spirit in a retail environment.

The candidate will execute onboarding trainings, participate in events, and report performance while upholding brand standards and fashion-forward presentation. Availability Wed–Sun, ~30 hours weekly, needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cosmetic retail experience.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach and develop others for promotion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A results-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs.
• Flexibility to work Wednesday–Sunday, 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift.
• Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
• Build strong collaborative relationships internally and with store partners.
• Execute SEE focus strategy to align with corporate objectives.
• Complete all administrative tasks by due dates (timesheets, gondola photos).
• Maintain ABH dress code while evolving artistry looks with current trends.
• Manage the pre-scheduled shift roster and show up on time.
• Liaise between brand and store partnerships to support initiatives.
