Responsibilities include handling calls, screening prospects, guiding patients through funding options, scheduling evaluations, and representing the practice at events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong telemarketing, sales and organizational skills.
• Must communicate well with Doctors and staff of Carolina Eye Associates.
• Professional attire and excellent grammar/English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide information to prospective patients.
• Collect caller information and mail requested materials.
• Screen callers to determine if they are qualified prospects for procedures.
• Advise patients on financial aspects and benefits of procedures.
• Schedule patients for evaluation/exams.
• Greet patients and introduce them to doctors and staff.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting seminars with physicians.
• Follow up on leads that do not proceed to surgery.
• Prepare monthly status reports of contacts and procedures.
• Participate in outside marketing events as needed.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and promotional materials.
• Assist in placing ads for events.
• Develop relationships with target groups to increase referrals and awareness.
• Perform other duties as requested and assist coworkers.
