Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Communicate with patients by phone regarding pre-op and post-op care.
• Mail information about procedures, fees, and financing options.
• Assist patients with Care Credit applications as needed.
• Review surgery instructions and forms with patients.
• Educate patients on procedures and complete pre-/post-surgery documentation.
• Ensure payments are collected when applicable.
• Provide required paperwork to ASC/hospital and scan into database.
• Prepare patient charts with necessary paperwork.
