Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Consult Experience Specialist (CES) to be the first contact for our patients in Green Bay, WI. This fast-paced, high-energy role emphasizes delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

With training provided, you will support consultations, manage scheduling and payments, and assist in showcasing patient success stories while upholding the Sono Bello standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and ensure a seamless introduction to the office.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient’s journey, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate data entry and operational efficiency by scheduling appointments, processing payments, and preparing deposits.
• Collaborate with team members to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups, both pre- and post-operative.
• Support cross-selling of additional services by preparing quotes and consent forms, as needed.
