Job summary

This role emphasizes self-drive, accountability, and the ability to manage a multi-million revenue portfolio while collaborating with production, service, design and accounting teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales to business customers.
• Ability to manage a $2–$10M annual portfolio.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new clients and close prospects.
• Qualify opportunities and align with management on viability.
• Build relationships and understand client needs to offer solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of paper/packaging solutions and corrugated industry.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain CRM pipeline.
