Job summary

Hood Container Corporation seeks an Account Executive with a hunter mindset to drive corrugated converting sales across Western Michigan, with a focus on Grand Rapids and nearby markets. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with a track record turning leads into sales.
• Experience selling in Western Michigan, within 150 miles of Grand Rapids.
• Experience managing an annual revenue portfolio of $5–$20 Million.
• Experience supporting a range of account sizes including national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek new clients and close prospective business across multiple sales cycles.
• Qualify prospects and align with Sales Manager and GM on viability.
• Build trusted relationships to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Learn continuously about paper/packaging solutions and the corrugated industry.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals as per budget/forecasts.
• Maintain clear sales pipeline using CRM and standard tools.
