Qualifications

• Must maintain valid driver’s license in state of residency.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite products.
• Ability to train other technicians and/or sign off on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction, design, install, operate, inspect and maintain cathodic protection systems.
• Perform pipe-to-soil surveys, casing-to-soil readings, and document results.
• Evaluate protective coating and pipe anomalies; perform strength calculations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA and SOPs.
• Participate in PHMSA or State regulatory audits.
• Read maps, as-builts, and PLDs.
