TKC Holdings, Inc.—ICSolutions (ICS) is seeking a Telecom Technician to serve as the primary interface for facility system inquiries, track inmate concerns, and manage phone system status. You will repair or replace broken telephone sets and provide weekly status reports of repairs and open items.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, 3+ years in a high-tech environment; overtime and non-standard schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience and/or training.
• Customer service experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated skills in a high tech environment (hardware, software, networking).
• Overtime and non-standard schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interface for facility system inquiries and inmate grievances.
• Repair or replace broken telephone sets.
• Provide weekly updates on phone system status and repairs.
• Create trouble tickets and track repair requests.
• Assist with reporting needs and training for facility personnel.
