Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years in a correctional setting with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21.
• Ability to work under stress and manage security operations.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises security and staff in detainee supervision; ensures safety and records quality.
• Assists in development and implementation of custody, security, and treatment procedures.
• Responds to major incidents; provides prompt assistance during injuries or emergencies.
• Directs staff; handles hiring, evaluation, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains records and daily logs; ensures compliance with policies across shifts.
