Staff Today Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Maury, North Carolina for an evening shift (10:00 AM–10:00 PM). The role requires NC licensure, at least 1 year of RN experience, and completion of PSV and current certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, valid NC RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1+ year as RN within last 3 years.
• Copy of PSV (Primary Source Verification) from licensing board or agency if required.
• Copy of current required certifications (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care emphasizing safety and quality.

Shift Details: 12hr Evening shift - 10am-10pm

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted NC license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1+ year of recent experience as a RN within the last 3 years.
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
