Qualifications

• Three years (36 months) as a regular full-time DAJD employee in casework/case management, resident/detainee or related areas, or a bachelor’s degree with two years in criminal justice.
• Knowledge of jail population, resident/client management, and program processing.
• Proficiency using Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise section staff, oversee daily operations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and bidding processes for shifts.
• Develop policies, ensure compliance, and liaison with courts, vendors, and other divisions.
• Maintain data, study trends, and apply risk and justice principles in programming.
