Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise LEAD Case Managers to ensure high-quality outreach and case management services.
• Oversee scheduling, staff development, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the LEAD and REACH teams to coordinate services.
• Represent the program to community partners and stakeholders.
