Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate staff at a multi-level male correctional facility.
• Serve as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Correctional Captain and manage multiple locations as needed.
• Conduct shift line-ups, assign shifts, and inspect personnel for readiness and discipline.
• Complete, review, and maintain time reports, duty roosters, leave schedules, and evaluations.
• Account for persons and funds and ensure equipment is operational; identify training needs and coordinate training.
• Conduct internal investigations, develop operational plans, post orders, and Standard Operating Procedures.
