Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook for our Walterboro, SC location in the Corrections division. You will join a fast-paced kitchen team, prepare and present meals, and ensure quality and portion control in a high-volume setting.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience, knowledge of proper culinary methods, strong attention to detail, and customer service experience. Nice-to-have: food handlers’ certification.

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
