Summit in Westminster, MD, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to lead a correctional kitchen team. You will coordinate staff, ensure efficient meal service, and maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes training, supervising a team, and delivering quality food in a secure setting, with compensation based on a $22.00 hourly rate and weekly pay.

Formación

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-focused establishment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and providing leadership in a kitchen.
• Food Handlers certification is a nice-to-have.

Responsabilidades

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.
