Job summary

Summit is seeking a part-time cook for a fast-paced corrections kitchen at the Cleveland, OH location. You will contribute to high‑quality meals with attention to portion control and food safety, working alongside a motivated kitchen team.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of high‑volume, scratch cooking experience, strong culinary knowledge, and customer service skills. Benefits are provided for eligible employees within Elior North America’s program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year culinary experience in a high‑volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and differentiate food items and operate kitchen equipment.
• Customer service experience is required.
