Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook for our Kent, WA correctional facility kitchen. You will join a fast-paced, high-energy team, produce meals from scratch, and ensure quality and portion control in a secure environment.

The role requires at least one year in a quality, high-volume kitchen, knowledge of proper culinary methods, and strong attention to detail. Customer service experience is required, and Food Handlers certification is preferred.

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
