Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team at our Columbus-area location for the Corrections segment. You will prepare meals, ensure quality and portion control, and present dishes creatively in a high-volume setting.

The role requires scratch cooking experience, strong attention to detail, and superb customer service, with on-site work at a Summit facility.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
