Qualifications

• Requires two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Requires three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective actions to team members.
• Communicate with clients to build positive connections.
• Oversee food preparation and serving according to menu and site plan.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prep schedules for planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and sanitary practices.
