Summit is seeking a motivated food service director for the Corrections team in Pattonsburg, MO. You will lead a team of food service workers and oversee all aspects of the department to ensure meals are served reliably. This non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Corrections segment and operates onsite at the jail.

The position emphasizes strong communication, adherence to safety standards, budgeting, and collaboration with other departments to meet targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least two years coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with staff and executives.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment with a focus on service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and resources.
