MEDIKO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care within the South Correctional Entity (SCORE) in Des Moines, WA. You will perform assessments, administer medications, implement care plans, and respond to emergencies within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN licensure to practice in applicable state.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including assessments and treatment.
• Administer medications and collaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care in the EMR and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and maintain infection control standards.
• Educate inmates on health management and prevention.
