Job summary

Qualifications

• CADC certification from IAODAPCA within two years of employment.
• Not in a supervisory role until requirements are met; supervised by qualified staff.
• Sign and adhere to the organization’s ethics code.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessment of each client with required assessment tools.
• Develop service plans with goals and objectives based on assessments.
• Provide daily treatment and education groups on TC concepts and relapse prevention.
• Maintain client records and confidentiality following regulations.
• Submit weekly client data for WestCare database.
