Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are preferred to support diverse clients.
• Strong organizational, time management and computer skills are required.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain OIG LEIE clearance is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the assessment of each client using required assessment tools.
• Initiate and sustain motivation to participate in treatment through engagement and counseling.
• Develop a comprehensive service plan with client input and set goals.
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups on TC concepts and related topics.
• Assist clients in forming self-help groups such as AA/NA.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide general client supervision and plan therapeutic activities.
• Submit weekly client data for WestCare database entry.
• Attend staff development and cross-training sessions.
• Uphold WestCare mission and professional ethics; perform other duties as assigned.
