Formación

• Must successfully complete pre-employment background process.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the facility safe, secure, and running smoothly with inmate checks, wellness checks, and rounds.
• Respond to emergencies, apply crisis-intervention techniques, and de-escalate mental-health situations.
• Guide inmates through the justice system, oversee intake/release, fingerprinting, and property management.
• Supervise recreation, meals, medication distribution, visitations, and inmate movement.
• Serve as a link between agencies, courts, and the jail; conduct NCIC checks and manage warrants.
• Maintain records, equipment, and communications; ensure accountability across shifts.
• Contribute to a secure, respectful environment for inmates, staff, and the public.
