Responsibilities

• Keep the facility safe, secure, and running smoothly through inmate checks and rounds.
• Respond to emergencies, apply crisis-intervention techniques, and de-escalate situations.
• Guide inmates through the justice system, including intake, processing, and documentation.
• Supervise recreation, meals, medication distribution, and visits to maintain order.
• Conduct NCIC checks, manage warrants and protection orders, and document activities accurately.
