Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in Colorado or eligible via eNLC.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional RN experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Documents inmate medical records accurately and timely.
• Delivers patient education on self-care, treatment side effects, and care plans.
• Provides patient care in clinic, infirmary, or cell-house settings.
• Performs routine and emergency assessments using nursing skills and protocols.
• Safeguards safety and security of the clinical environment and materials.
• Oversees payroll, scheduling, PMP, and daily operations; participates in hiring and evaluations.
• Recommends and enforces policies; acts as on-call supervisor for coverage and overtime.
