Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide medical and behavioral health support within a correctional facility. The role involves assessing and delivering nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating exams and treatments with practitioners.

Strong documentation and adherence to HIPAA are essential. The RN will collaborate with clinical and security teams, maintaining aseptic techniques and data accuracy while supporting patient

Competenze

• Active nursing license in the state of service.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent documentation skills are essential.
• Solid knowledge of the RN scope of practice.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
• Contact practitioner to obtain orders and administer treatments.
• Provide emergency first aid and monitor vital signs on-site.
• Coordinate multiple medical services as directed by the practitioner.
• Maintain infection control procedures and pharmacology knowledge.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• May cover shifts at multiple facilities as needed.
