You will participate in assessment, planning, and evaluation of care, document carefully, administer medications, follow physician orders, and ensure patient privacy and safety in a secure environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a Licensed Vocational Nurse Program and Texas LVN license.
• No prior experience required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HP) is required.
• Recent graduates with temporary permits may be considered.

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Participates in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care given.
• Performs admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Documents nursing care in all assigned patient records.
• Safely and properly administers medications and treatments.
• Follows physician's orders in the deliver of nursing care.
• Maintains patient's privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Adheres to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Assembles equipment for procedures and supports team during treatments.
